I bought a car that was horribly over priced and was told that I would be getting a one year extended warranty it has been over three months and still have not received my paperwork for the warranty -----Update------ I worked continuosly with this company to get the issues I was having with my vehicle sorted out (transmission replaced) it eventually came down to them paying for the cost of replacing my transmission but I still had to pay over $200 for random stuff they said the "warranty" didn't cover. I think its really funny how they get the employees to post things to sucker people in, i have purchased a crap sandwich on wheels an over priced one at that. They say that they are there to help you but no they wouldnt. The car i purchased have gave me more problems than good, i found out that it has been wrecked twice through car fax, (and make sure you guys ask for that never take somebodys word for it), im just paying them to laugh at me while ill fork out more money to fix it MYSELF. I have never known a dealership dedicated to customer satisfaction like the team @bay auto. They work with and for you in your best interests.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE HEED MY WARNINGS!!! THEY GO ALL THE WAY TO FORT LEE ON THE WEEKENDS TO GET UNSUSPECTING AIT SOLDIERS & THE SALESMEN ARE RUDE AND THE OWNER IS JUST GARBAGE(FORMER DRILL SGT) PLACE IS TRASH POINT BLANK PERIOD!
