Last night about 7p.m. my 13 pound (at most) dachshund was let outside to go potty. He started screeching at the top of his lungs and holding his left paw in the air after a grasshopper scared him and made him jump in the air like a cat. I got to him, picked him up and began trying to inspect him because he already has neck and shoulder problems which requires me to keep pain medication on hand for him. I want to give a HUGE thank you to BAPH for your help today and making sure my dog and her two little girls made it through labor and an emergency c-section safely. Molly is home now being an amazing first (and only) time mommy. I was more scared than I expected this morning when her water broke, but you guys made all the difference. Not only extremely attentive and helpful with Molly, but also my little ones who were getting a little restless during the wait. Thank you to Bay Area Pet hospital for your compassionate care and concern. Speaking with the staff over the phone was incredibly helpful! It's great to have access to 24 hour emergency care for our pets in the Grand Traverse area. Thanks for all you do!
