My fiancé purchased my gorgeous custom engagement ring at Baxter’s and said everyone was very helpful assisting him with the design process. It was just a bit too big for my finger so I brought it in to be looked at. Joe was very personable, kind and helpful. My ring was able to be resized in under 24 hours! We will definitely be coming to Baxter’s for our wedding bands. Could not recommend their customer service and the design and repair service enough!

We went there to see if my watch could be repaired, but damage was extensive & repair would have been too costly.
