Baxter’s is a top notch, first class fine jewelry establishment. Their inventory is outstanding and if you don’t see it, they’ll make it for you. It is an exceptionally welcoming place with no pressure sale pitches. I have worked with Kim during my many visits, she is amazing and has provided excellent guidance on the purchase of a number of beautiful pieces. I have and will continue to recommend Baxter’s to others.
Baxter’s will go the extra mile to get you exactly what you want for any special occasion. I told Janina what I wanted and why it was important to me to have it by a certain time and when they didn’t have it , she search for it to get it for me. First time at Baxter's was last year with my husband to look for a Breitling for his 40th birthday. Joe was our salesman. He was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. Experience was like none other. Fast forward a year and our experience today at Baxter's with Joe did not disppoint. He is so helpful and patient. More importantly though is he is honest. While Joe and my husband talked, I looked around. Every employee is friendly and helpful. not pushy at all. I highly recommend Joe and his staff at Baxter's!

I went to Baxter’s to have a necklace repaired that is VERY sentimental to me. Unfortunately the chain broke. The necklace was not purchased from Baxter’s but was a gift to me years ago. I never take it off. Two women who work there one was named Lindsay (like me), was so nice and courteous and sympathetic. My grandmother gave me this beautiful opal set that my grandfather gave to her. It is very special to me and I wanted to make sure it was in the best hands. Many people recommended Baxter’s, so I brought them in to be cleaned, have the stones tightened and a broken clasp replaced. It took about 2 weeks (but I think it’s COVID’s fault) to get them back, but I picked them up yesterday. I was a bit worried given how soft and fragile opals are, but I got them back good as new. They are quite pricey, but will go back in the futur... read more
