Paid $75 CA for what I thought would be Actual BMW emblems, received a few stickers. Customer service didn't seem to care I wasn't satisfied with their advertising/product.

We're continuously working on the descriptions on the color stickers for the emblems to make it clear that you are not purchasing new emblems ... just the stickers. Been a customer since mid-70's. Great info for installs, great selection of parts.
I just want to say that the guys at Bavarian are the BEST!! They really know their stuff!! Always offer the best advice when you have a question and not just trying to make a sale to resolve your problem. You guys are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Extremely unhelpful with my "out of stock" order that was shipped anyway. The acting manager Dan was a plain dick and needs a lesson or 2 in customers service ethics. Never again will I do business with Bav Auto.
