When things go wrong with a shipment, don't count on their customer service department for help. Sent 3 e mails to their customer service e mail address, without receiving any response whatsoever. Called, and Dan promised to resend a shipment lost by UPS, if it was not found by certain date. That date arrived, and I called, but Dan was not there, and Jesse said they could resend the shipment only if I paid for it again, getting a reimbursement when, and if the first package showed up. I've shopped there 3 times and couldn't be happier. When I've had questions, I've contacted Ian in customer service and he is great. He's patient on the phone with questions and offers helpful and useful advice. Shipping turns around quickly and I look forward to the free catalogue with DYI tips. I'd highly recommend BAV Autosport to anyone!

Ordered a set of rotor and brakes for my x5, the parts came in very quickly which I was surprised about. After I installed them my car brakes like new and I will be shopping here from now on.
