I’ve ordered 5 times already, and honestly the shipping was faster than I expected. My service advisor Gordon seems to be pretty cool. The prices are really good too. Recently purchased a set of High Performance coils, found to be faulty during Dyno run, replaced with origin part and contacted Bavarian Autosport. This review is for my experience today. The only reason im even giving two stars is because ive gone here for yrs and the only thing that had me coming back were the two showroom guys that were GREAT. now they have new staff who could care less about your time. I called today for 1 liter of power steering fluid. Told them i was on break and had to grab it quick. Been buying from the online store for years but finally drove over from Vermont to pick up a few parts this past weekend. I spoke with one of the guys at the counter in the showroom and he was very friendly and helpful.
I used to never even think about buying parts from anywhere else for a long long time. But with the changes to their website, its a whole different ballgame now. The original site worked flawlessly. The new site? Horrible. As others can attest to.
