The cakes are delicious. Everything is so awesome. I love it!
I remember going to Baum's Bakery as a child. Great memories... I loved it when my Grandmother Rene would tell me that I could have anything that I wanted. I loved the cookies... especially the Pecan squares. There's a great cake that they made. Dough Bosh cake. Delicious!

I want to thank you for your help Monday morning. I grew up on Baums cakes and have now moved out of state and try to order and bring one back home when I come in. After being closed for their Christmas vacation, I called first thing Monday morning to see if there was any way I could get a cake before leaving LA! They rushed and got one ready that morning! Thank you for being so accommodating and for a delicious cake as always!
My Aunt recently had her wedding and her cake was made by you. She put a piece in a Tupperware container and it came all the way to Apache Junction AZ for me to try and I am in love!!!! Moist and rich and just amazing!
Today I stopped into Baum's on Perkins Rd. I told one of the staff that I wanted some information about wedding cakes for my daughter's upcoming wedding. The response I received was, "ok, you have to pay $25 and then we can set up an appointment for you to talk to someone." I asked if she was sure about that and she left the room to speak to someone about it. I'm so sorry that this happened to you today. The way it was handled is unacceptable. When it comes to weddings we only have one person who takes the orders but if you have basic questions that about wedding cakes our sales team as well as managers know how to answer those questions. We even have emailed our basic tier cake prices, along with our policies and procedures upon request.
