Very hard to work with . Will never use them again . Charged me for a cake that was never made . Of course they refund my money but I have no cake . No a single phone call very disappointed!
There Cake Squares are good
My son's birthday cake had a cornbread texture. They refused to compensate me and told me that the cake was moist as it can be. The cake that was leftover was cut up by them and they felt it to determine nothing was wrong with it. I'll never do business with them again!!!!
I have never been so disappointed with a bakery. I placed an order for pick up on Monday only to call and find out they were closed. I ORDERED a red velvet cake for 1230 pickup and received a call at 11am that they would not be able to accommodate the order. I ASKED for two 6 inches and when I arrived one cake said Happy Birthday and the other cake said Courtney.. The writing was lifted off the cake and I requested another cake.
