Don't know where to begin. You will never taste better cake. But you will never be handled so badly from a business point of view. Booked a wedding when they will be leaving town. I tried to work with them but they are unwilling. Very disappointed in the management/owners. Horrible. Good cake tho, I have been a Baum's customer all of my life. I never ever do this, probably because I never had to but it is important that I do this now since I have experienced it first hand. I strongly do not recommend anyone to give Baum's Fine Pastries any of their time or business. They did not complete the order given to them for my wedding correctly and they feel no remorse about it. I only get to do this once and it was an embarrassment to me that the top piece of my cake had absolutely nothing on it. I ordered my wedding cake from Baums. I was a little bit nervous because my reception hall coordinator had some negative things (cake comes frozen/fondant falls off eat) to say about them but when I tasted cakes around town they were hands down the best. I moved out of state and I get a king cake from here for the last 3 years makes me feel a taste of home when it arrives so good and yummy
