Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable?
