Will never step foot in this store again. Had to go in to return a few items from a bigger online order and the worker made me feel guilty for ordering online instead of in store. She said “ordering online doesn’t support the actual stores”, proceeded to ask me if I was from this province, and then said “well I would think you would want to support local then, wouldn’t you?” This company is advertised as Canadian so I’m not sure why I was made to feel guilty for “not supporting local” by buying online from a Canadian company... read more
Spent almost $2000 here was going to spend another $5000 plus and ended up returning everything due to the manager Diane. Frist she gave my wife attitude then when I went in to question why she was giving my wife an issue for wanting to return something she had the same attitude with me so I returned everything. Pushy sales staff and manager has bad attitude due to past customers lying to her as she mentioned.
I heard about Bathdepot from a friend so I went there and honestly I liked what on the display in the show room but after I spent a lot of money there more than 7000 ,and some of the stuff I ordered I got different one. The quality is not as expected ( I am talking about the vanity and any wooden stuff ) of course the mistakes on getting my tub ( requested right drainage and received left drainage ) of course I have to take back the wrong one my self and paid for it.
