We were so pleased with our visit to Bath Depot today. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The products are high quality and well priced. We were happy to find everything we needed for our bathroom renovation at this Canadian company. It was a completely different, and far more pleasant and professional, experience than shopping at the big-box stores. Highly recommend.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. We bought a vanity and lights from them. After a month, the finish on our vanity cracked in several places and began tearing apart. They replaced the part but left it to us to disassemble and reassemble the vanity and hook the plumbing back up. Now, after four months, one of our vanity lights is cracked and falling apart. They will charge you premium prices but their stuff is all junk. Don't waste your money here.
Dishonest about order time - bad customer service when calling head office. Purchased a vanity and was told it would be in that Thursday (4 days) Called that Thursday was told that they mixed up the order and had scheduled it for May delivery - told me they adjusted the date and now it would be the following Thursday. Called again the next Thursday and the store tells me that it’s still not in and it should be next Thursday. 3 weeks instead of 4 days. Still no vanity. Was able to find a toilet we needed and staff were able to verify they had it in stock. However, I purchased their extra toilet installation kit, which I said looks to be missing parts, and they assured me the parts were there. Unfortunately, they were not, and since I am out of the city, not going to drive back for the refund and staff were not able to do a refund over the phone for the purchase that didnt have necessary parts. I had great success shopping at Bath Depot! Manual was terrific in helping me get vanity, sink, mirror, storage and accessories. She made great suggestions in keeping me on budget. One stop all my needs met and done in no time
