Dishonest about order time - bad customer service when calling head office. Purchased a vanity and was told it would be in that Thursday (4 days) Called that Thursday was told that they mixed up the order and had scheduled it for May delivery - told me they adjusted the date and now it would be the following Thursday. Was able to find a toilet we needed and staff were able to verify they had it in stock. However, I purchased their extra toilet installation kit, which I said looks to be missing parts, and they assured me the parts were there. Unfortunately, they were not, and since I am out of the city, not going to drive back for the refund and staff were not able to do a refund over the phone for the purchase that didnt have necessary parts. I had great success shopping at Bath Depot! Manual was terrific in helping me get vanity, sink, mirror, storage and accessories. She made great suggestions in keeping me on budget. One stop all my needs met and done in no time
We completed two bathroom renovations using multiple products from Bath Depot. We have significant concerns over the quality of their products and their customer service response. One of the toilets purchased and installed leaked. We had to hire a plumber who tried to fix it, but after several attempts, realized there was a hairline crack on the inside of the bottom of the toilet. This is probably the most off putting staff I have ever experienced in a store. I tried to have a look around, and was very clear with multiple staff that I was just trying to browse....but I was hounded, followed, and interrogated (not in a friendly or helpful way) from the time I walked in to the time I fled. I can't imagine they thought they were helping - I can only assume they did not want me in the store. Once my house is closer to completion, at least I know where I will not be shopping.
