I highly recommend this business. Their customer service is second to none. Their pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money. I ordered 3 vanities for our bathrooms and very satisfied with the quality and looks of their products. One of the vanity had a little problem with a wrong part but our sales rep Safatli (and Matthew) went above and beyond to resolve it as quickly as possible. Would definitely be back.
I heard about Bathdepot from a friend so I went there and honestly I liked what on the display in the show room but after I spent a lot of money there more than 7000 ,and some of the stuff I ordered I got different one. The quality is not as expected ( I am talking about the vanity and any wooden stuff ) of course the mistakes on getting my tub ( requested right drainage and received left drainage ) of course I have to take back the wrong one my self and paid for it. We first arrived at Bath Depot to check out possibilities for our full Master Bathroom renovation. It was clear - early in our visit … the quality of materials on display were superior to that of the local box stores. We know the prices were a bit higher, but that is more than balanced off by the quality, longevity and quality performance of each of their products.
