Long waiting times for products - sometimes several months. The store front doesn’t carry any product there. So don’t expect to walk out with anything. Shipments come in once a week on Thursdays, so expect to wait at least a week (unless you miss their cutoff on Tuesday at 2 pm). Ordered a shower column which was expensive for the quality, and it was missing parts. When I called the store, the lady was not very friendly (borderline rude) and wasn’t able to help me. I wanted to take a moment to thank Mr Marzan Chowdhury for his amazing service today. He went above and beyond to get my order to me !! He was very nice from the first time we walked in , no matter if we were going to spend thousands of dollars or a few hundred dollars!
