I had great success shopping at Bath Depot! Manual was terrific in helping me get vanity, sink, mirror, storage and accessories. She made great suggestions in keeping me on budget. One stop all my needs met and done in no time
We completed two bathroom renovations using multiple products from Bath Depot. We have significant concerns over the quality of their products and their customer service response. One of the toilets purchased and installed leaked. We had to hire a plumber who tried to fix it, but after several attempts, realized there was a hairline crack on the inside of the bottom of the toilet. This is probably the most off putting staff I have ever experienced in a store. I tried to have a look around, and was very clear with multiple staff that I was just trying to browse....but I was hounded, followed, and interrogated (not in a friendly or helpful way) from the time I walked in to the time I fled. I can't imagine they thought they were helping - I can only assume they did not want me in the store. Once my house is closer to completion, at least I know where I will not be shopping.
Long waiting times for products - sometimes several months. The store front doesn’t carry any product there. So don’t expect to walk out with anything. Shipments come in once a week on Thursdays, so expect to wait at least a week (unless you miss their cutoff on Tuesday at 2 pm). Ordered a shower column which was expensive for the quality, and it was missing parts. When I called the store, the lady was not very friendly (borderline rude) and wasn’t able to help me.
