I love bath and body works but what a disappointment when I visited Brickell store in Miami. The women working there followed me and I felt bothered with the repetition of the question and just left and again they continued, with the nagging, and the workers were very rude and sarcastic saying out loud, something rude because I didn’t buy anything. No wonder that was the only store with no customers in. The workers in other stores are nice.

J’adore cette boutique, surtout en tant que Française de passage ! Les collections Halloween et automne sont vraiment sublimes, l’ambiance est magique, et les produits sentent divinement bon. C’est toujours un plaisir pour les yeux et les sens. En revanche, j’ai été très déçue par l’attitude du personnel. Dès que je suis entrée, les vendeuses m’ont mise mal à l’aise : insistance pour acheter, commentaires à peine voilés si je ne choisissais rien tout de suite… Et à la sortie, le comble : une vendeuse m’a lancé, d’un ton choq... read more
