⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. After spending a good amount of money on gifts, I was shocked to be told they couldn’t provide paper bags for my purchases. These were gifts, and they also don’t offer any type of gift wrapping. For a store like Bath & Body Works, this is unacceptable. Bags and basic gift presentation should be standard, especially during the holidays. NO LO RECOMIENDO, Pésimo servicio online, realizas la orden, el email de verificación dice que en 4 horas debe estar listo, pasaron mas de 24 horas y aún no recibí el email, llamé y la orden no estaba lista, para Pick up y cuando fui personalmente me dijeron que iban a ver que quedaba de lo que yo habia ordenado, que seguramente muchas de las cosas ya estarían agotadas, una orden que fue pagada con antelación es una falta de respeto al cliente, no priorizan para nadaa las órdenes online, es un desastre.
