We are really happy with Bassett! After working with Kim we found the styles and fabrics for our new sofas and accent pillows. She also helped us with some great design tips to bring together various accessories we already had in our home. Now we're going back for other pieces to complete the project.

My spouse bought a great recliner chair that was to be delivered. We received a call that confirmed the day and time. The delivery guys, Jose and Manny, were there almost exactly at the beginning of the window. They were very professional, capable, and fun. I was very pleased with the service and quality of the delivery service. Well done!!!

We purchased a bedroom suite. But the footboard was on back order, so Julie worked with us to make sure we got all the pieces and the headboard, frame, etc. set up in time for our company. Then later when the footboard was in, they came back and set the bed up with it, all with no extra charge. We're very pleased with the quality; all the personnel were pleasant and helpful. And Jimmy and Jesus did a great job with delivery. We'll be buying from Bassett's again.

We made our purchase on the phone and the staff was very helpful. We love the hutch that matches our dining room set we bought a few years back.

I had a wonderful experience at Bassett San Marcos. Margo was very knowledgeable with the furnishings and obviously experienced with interior design. She helped me co-ordinate colors and textures for my sofa, pillows, and occasional chairs so that my room looks fabulous. Of all the furniture stores I visited, Bassett had the best warranties so I know my furniture will last! I will definitely be purchasing more furniture from Bassett as my renovations are completed.

My wife and I made two major purchases from Bassett in San Marcos this year. The first was a custom made sofa and love seat,the second a living room set consisting of a media credenza,cocktail table, console table, and two end tables. We are both extremely happy with what we received. In both instances the sales people were very helpful without being over bearing. The furniture arrived within the time frame that was promised, and the delivery was flawless. My wife and I would recommend Bassett to anyone.

I have purchased many pieces from Bassett San Marcos. Julie is my go to sales person. She is wonderful! There delivery staff is exceptional. I've gotten to know them pretty well over the years. They always address my concerns as well as make sure I am 100% happy. I bought a china cabinet last year from Ethan Allen. It arrived so dirty I had to spend an hour cleaning it before I could put anything in it. When I called my sales person she didn't even return my call. I recently purchased a Latex mattress at the San Marcos store Isabella was our salesperson and she was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable on the product.
