Margo was very helpful, and respectful, giving us lots of space to make our decision. Just amazing how fast we got the furniture delivered. Manny & the crew that delivered & put together our bed, did a terrific job.
The design/sales people were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We got our custom dining room table and chairs early and the delivery guys were fantastic. They made sure to give us instructions on the care and maintenance of the furniture.
Jose and Francis were fabulous! They went above and beyond when delivering 4 bedrooms of new beds to our home! Everything was smooth, quick and they attended to every detail with diligence. Andrea was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect bedroom furniture for our space.
We are so excited by our purchase. Our family is looking forward to staying home and spending time on our leather couches. The staff at Bassett in San Marcos were extremely helpful in making our decision on what would be best for the space in our TV room and what would be the most comfortable.
Julie Parana was so helpful to work with. She knew her sofas and fabrics and listened to learn what I was looking for. Very professional. The delivery staff were great to work with. Thank you Jose and Francis. My couches were ready in 4 weeks. Amazing and they are perfect!!!!
Our salesperson, Margo, was extremely helpful in making our decision. She was knowledgeable and went out of her way to get the information we requested. Manny did the delivery and he was right on time. He was helpful and listened to my concerns.
Our sales associate, Audrey Senf, was very patient with us as we took quite a bit of time making our final selections.
I'm a repeat customer with Bassett. The furniture is quality, the price is reasonable, and the design staff are super. I furnished my entire dining room and living room previously with Bassett. This latest purchase was for a recliner. The consultant that assisted me was Jayme and she was terrific.
I was very happy with the sales team. I had an in home consultation and Isabella and Goldie sized my room and made great recommendations. The customer service and professionalism has been outstanding........ And I love my new room of furniture.
