Andrea and Isabella were friendly, knowledgeable and helped me find the look I was trying to explain. My husband and I are extremely happy with the choices they helped us make for our couch and chair-and-a-half.
Kim was amazing to work with! Her attention to detail and hands on experience from the house visit to taking dimensions and doing a floor plan to ensure that everything fit perfectly was amazing. Goldie's eye for color and layout made the process go smooth as well and they both were a pleasure to work with!!!

The sales representative was well-versed in all aspects of the furniture manufacturing, warranty periods, and financing options. Overall our experience was memorable and satisfying.
My wife and I are delighted with the Serta mattress and Tempur Advanced Ergo System we purchased. The overall Bassett experience was outstanding! The San Marcos staff including the delivery boys were warm, courteous and professional. We will certainly shop at Bassett's again and recommend them to our family and friends.

Everyone I worked with at Bassett San Marcos was fantastic! I don't have an eye for color and the help I received in picking out material for the sofa, over sized chair, ottoman and pillows was priceless.
My husband and I received wonderful service at Bassett. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had recently relocated from Wisconsin and needed a lot furniture and they delivered! Delivery was prompt and the men were polite and helpful.
The staff was very helpful and let my wife and me flop down on the beds to test for jostling. They also offered competitive pricing and gave us a few pillows with our mattress purchase. Overall a good experience!
I purchased online, but came into the store man time to decide. They were patient with us with no sales pressure. I really enjoyed the staff. Delivery was prompt and they explained how to take care of the furniture.
