In store experience was fine. We didn't ask to many questions or need to much help because we knew what we were looking for but Andrea did a good job for us. Delivery guys came today and were great. Fast, efficient, friendly and arrived on schedule. Now I can't wait to purchase the matching chair!

I worked with Julie to select a sofa. She was very patient and helpful. She made several suggestions based on what I told her I wanted. I ended up selecting a custom sofa. Julie helped me every step of the way, from size to cushion type, to fabric selection. The sofa turned out great! Thanks, Julie!

I am so happy I decided to go to Bassett. Our design consultant, Audrey Senf, was fantastic. I went to look at a sofa and chair and ended up purchasing that, plus an new dinning set. The dinning set has arrived, I am so happy. The guys that delivered it were great. Now I can't wait for the sofa and chair to arrive. Thanks Bassett and many thanks to Audrey.

I had an excellent experience with Andrea Short- sales- Keith - customer support and the delivery team. Everyone was so helpful, accommodating and I truly love what we purchased and the comfort the furnishings provide. We purchased sofa, two chairs, two rugs and a buffet. Am extremely pleases and would order from Bassett again. Great team of people

Today I had my final delivery of the items I purchased from Bassett, San Marcos, Ca. The two delivery guys, Jimmy and Jesus, were wonderful. They had to move all my furniture to put down the new rug pad and rug and they also helped me re-situate my rug from my previous delivery in my dining room. I have OCD when it comes to everything being straight and symmetrical and they just went with it!! Thank you guys!!!

We decided to have our new living room sectional delivered on the same day we were moving into our new home. Not only was the delivery crew on time, they worked great with all of the other traffic going in and out of the house. They helped us learn how to assemble the couch pieces should we need to move them. Overall, our experience was great. Plus, we LOVE our couch!

I ordered a table and chairs on March 1st. The ordering process was made a little more difficult by me, because I stopped in the store and didn't decide to purchase until I was out of town. I wanted to get it in motion, so I ordered it over the phone and fax which was a big pain, but that was my fault. I was told the table and chairs would be ready in 4 - 6 weeks, but it actually took almost two months. The delivery process was easy - they called a few days ahead and set up a day, and then called the day before to give me a

We worked with Sarah K, and she was great. We had a hard time deciding what we wanted, and Sarah was patient, she helped with out being pushy. We had our sectional couch delivered yesterday and the delivery people were very through. Would definitely recommend them for your furniture needs.

I had a great experience at Bassett. I would recommend their services to anyone. Audrey was very easy to work with and there was no pressure to purchase anything. She even came to my house and measured the family room for the sectional I wanted. I ended up purchasing a bedroom set and a leather sectional. I highly recommend their services.
