I purchased online, but came into the store man time to decide. They were patient with us with no sales pressure. I really enjoyed the staff. Delivery was prompt and they explained how to take care of the furniture.
We were very satisfied with the selections at the showroom. This was the second day of shopping for a couch with no success so far. We found what we wanted and have been very pleased with our purchase.
Michele was very helpful with the selection of the night stands to compliment the bed we had already selected. The furniture was made and arrived earlier than estimated. Billy and his assistant were excellent with the delivery and set up.
Herb, our sales rep, was wonderfully helpful and patient with. He answered all of our questions over multiple visit and was honest with what was not good for us. The designer was very helpful and energetic. We will shop at Bassett any time.
This was my first purchase at Bassett and the sales lady, Mary, was very accommodating and helpful in selecting a new couch regarding size, style and fabric. Manny and Jose the delivery team were very professional and explained the follow-up maintenance for the new couch in the future. Plus my new couch was ready for delivery in only 3 1/2 weeks and also they referred Teri to donate my old couch and Teri did come and pick it up.
I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase. This was my second major purchase for your store and am very happy that I selected you again. Kim gave me excellent support and advise. Manny and Jose were very professional and were deliberate in their delivery. My husband was please as well.
I was very pleased with the selection of furniture that my wife, Dawn, had purchased from Bassett. I understand from her, that the support she received from Kim I was excellent. I was present in the home when the furniture was delivered and was pleased with the professionalism shown by Jose and Many. I give this whole experience 2 thumbs up.
This is my second major purchase from this Bassett store. I have found that in both cases the quality of products offered were excellent. The sales staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Kim Fandel-Chambers who helped me in both cases was wonderful. I also was the delivery men Manny and Jose were very courteous and knowledgeable with my items and placed them as I directed.
Overall, I was very happy with Bassett. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star rating is because of our salesperson. My wife and I are in our 30s, don't look like we have much money, but we were prepared to spend some money the day we went in. We ended up buying a whole bedroom set. Not cheap. Our salesperson didn't really seem to take us seriously. She did give us space to chat as necessary, but she gave off the impression we were wasting her time.
