For the past five years I have brought my children out to your location to see Santa and the Easter bunny. Not sure who came up with the fast pass idea, but we saw a LOT of children walk away disappointed today, including my own. I cannot fathom how you could turn any children away from seeing Santa. My family drove 45 minutes to your location today to see Santa only to be turned away because all fast passes were given out.
