Horrible customer service
RecommendedIt’s nice to go walk around in there. Got a pair of shoes. They were on sale, an excellent price. A lot of help available.
Zach at the register was amazing! He really was about customer service!
Very disappointed. We own a farm and needed a utility vehicle today; however, the Palm Bay manager (Joe) wouldn't sell it to us and let us take it today. This was a cash sale so there is no reason he couldn't have helped, other than he was busy trying to impress a new hire. Sorry, there is no reason other than being lazy that you won't help a local farmer get a utility vehicle when he's in a pinch. Again, very disappointed.
BASS PRO SHOP HAS GREAT STUFF FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS !
online customer service is the worst I've ever seen. The lady on the phone was obnoxious and would barely let me tell her what I needed. Above all, she answered the phone with a "hello" where I had to ask if it was Bass Pro Shops! The manager never answered my email!
