This was my first time visiting a Bas Pro shop ! My boyfriend and I were driving from west Palm beach and he seen it on the free way and made a complete uturn on the interstate and we both were first timers it was absolutely aamazing from the time we walked in to time we left .. the fish tank was my favorite � my boyfriend went crazy and bought a fishing pole. We had a great time .. can't wait to cone come back �

I love my Bass Pro Shop family. They gave me an opportunity. And they accepted me into their family as an employee. But on my days off, being in three Bass Pro Shop is very relaxing. They make you feel welcome. Great customer service. And the environment, you got so many things you can enjoy. Fishing,hunting, archery camping, and even boating. Had a trolling motor put on by them and they did not do a very good job, the first time we took boat onto lake with the new trolling motor it fell off as we were just fishing and is now sitting at the bottom of the lake. Clearly if it was put in right it wouldn't not of just came off! 2,200 dollars wasted. they want us to recover the motor knowing the chances of that were very slim!!! we are still waiting to see what they will do to help us. fingers crossed they do the right thing..

We took our new Tracker boat in for service and parts installation. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and very helpful! Jeff was excellent - thank you. Rick and Jason were also excellent...we won’t take our boat anywhere else.
