I was in last night and felt like I was somewhat of a Difficult customer, I had a return, without receipt and then wanted to price match some purchases that o made a few weeks prior, that had gone on sale. The two girls I dealt with in customer service were exceptional! Ones name was Casey, and I believe the others name was Taylor (though I could be wrong) they both were able to look up my previous purchase by rewards card, and help me with the return and price match. It is the best place for anything you need outdoors and in.
Management and some staff in the hunting department have been rude and ignored customers waiting at the sales desk numerous times. Hunting department staff has also given wrong advice about selection of equipment on several instances where I purchased the items and later had to return them because they were the wrong things. I live an hour away from the Palm Bay store and I’m tired of wasting my time and gas to be told to buy the wrong thing.
