The Santa’s Wonderland was excellent!! The set up was perfect, the communication was great and every one was so polite, friendly and professional. The Santa did the best considering the circumstances. Just so glad you took the time to review everything and implement instead of cancel and disappoint so many. Thank you so much!!

Coming here is a constant hassle. Not only do I live 45 minutes away at best, but every time we come (on the weekend) there is either a huge line or no one is available to cut arrows that I need to purchase. It’s the weekend and only one associate working who happened to be out to lunch at 4:00 pm. No sign indicating that he was gone or when he would be back. Archery season is a month away.... seriously. Another associate had to tell us he was gone. All I can say is that your customer service is nothing short of lack luster.... read more
