This location no longer accepts rewards/offers from the app. New management seems very poor and customer unfriendly.
We had a birthday scoop on the app and was told we couldn’t use it after they had already scooped the ice cream. The ice cream wasn’t even good quality. And the people were very rude.
Great experience. Nice, clean store. Portions were good sized. Can’t understand when some people say the portions were small. They use regular scoops. So how can portions be small. Under new mgmt they wear gloves, wash hands and are super nice. BR ice cream is the best.
The manager coughed 3 times on an ENTIRE bucket of icecream even after he was asked to stop. He was preparing someone's Doordash order. Absolutely unacceptable.
