Nina is the most rudest person and for that reason we will never give a penny to that place no more not only did she mess my order up she was rude and disrespected me with my kids she needs to be fired immediately i advise you to go to another location and not support this location
Went around 7:30 for my online order pick up of three banana splits and walked in and the order was not prepared as they didn’t have any bananas. Asked for a refund was told they couldn’t give a refund and to contact customer service.Asked for customer service number and they did not have the number to provide me with. Customer service of course closed at 7:00. I am not sure how an order could not be cancelled or refunded on their end but this is terrible and really bad customer service.
