I cannot express enough gratitude to the staff of Basin Run Animal Hospital. We had to have our family dog euthanized due to suspected cancer, and they were so sympathetic and compassionate during the process. They made sure to get us right in when all other places wanted us to schedule an appointment days away. Out dogs passing was peaceful and quick, without any pain or discomfort thanks to the vet and staff. I have nothing good to say about this place. They told me my dog needed surgery on her knees and that none of her shots where any good. After getting a second opinion none of what they told me was true! I will never recommend them to anyone

Both my pets are rescues that found us. Callie, our calico and Tasha, our pit/sharpei. They were scared, hungry, and alone. Both still tend to be scared when they go to the vets but the staff are so good with both of them. They are quickly overcoming their fear because of all the love and kindness they can sense. I won't take them anywhere else.
