RecommendedI always take my animals to Basin Run. I don’t trust anyone else. I had my almost 13 year old baby in today and they treated her like the “queen” she is ☺️ They have always been kind and caring. Dixie says “Thank you 💕”
We had to come in Monday for an unexpected visit and were fit immediately into the schedule even on a holiday. Unfortunately we lost our sweet dog after 15 years. All the staff was extremely friendly, comforting and compassionate not only with Reesie but also with us, from the phone call to the visit and still a few days later. This was our first time here. The staff was awesome with our cat. For the first time in 14 years our “Baby Girl” was not totally traumatized for the rest of the day after a visit to the vet. The price for services was also the most reasonable we’ve ever paid. Glad we decided to change from our previous vet to Basin Run!

When we made the difficult decision to let our sweet Boston, Mollie, cross the rainbow bridge I was very thankful I had chosen Basin Run. What I expected to be a cold, clinical passing was anything but that. The room was open and airy with a beautiful view of the woods. The running water and sofa eased her mind and mine and allowed her to remain calm and relaxed. She passed over laying on my lap like so many other days we had spent together in 13 years. I believe the veterinarian's heart is in the right place but they have a lot to learn about business practices. Our cat has had a surgery and four follow ups in reference to my cat's problem. After that last exam my significant other came home and I saw that they had only charged $15 for the exam. My initial thought was that's great considering all the time and money we spent trying to deal with our cat's problem.
