Absolutely wonderful! Vet Rhonda and the technicians are so kind and caring. We brought our cat in for an emergency visit. They took great care of kitty, and all of us. They even accepted us despite our filthy pet carrier. Thank you so much!

Basin Run vets and staff are excellent and have given conscientious and thorough care to my Maine Coon for several years. He was a challenge at times due to becoming aggressive and territorial when he smells "other cats" at the vets office but they worked with me to handle things in a unique way. I can't recommend more highly.
My fur baby became very sick. They were able to get her seen very quickly. They didn't charge me a arm and leg either. The entire staff was absolutely loving and caring to my baby. In addition to emotionally supportive to myself when my baby went the heaven a few days later. Can't say enough about this place.
