I just want to thank you for staying open past your closing time to put our sweet Sammy down. Our own vet wouldn’t do that. We were desperate to put her out of her pain and you didn’t hesitate. There needs to be more people in this world like you people. God bless you all🙏🏻
I brought my guinea pig Maple in last week, she had gastric stasis which is very serious; everyone was so helpful, & personable. They answered any questions I had, & explained everything to me in great detail. Unfortunately, Maple did not end up making it, but they went above & beyond for her. Everyone was so sweet and they even sent me a rose to my doorstep after her passing. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done. Now I know I can go to them if I ever need to bring any of my other pets in for a vet visit.... read more

we have lost 2 of our pups in the last year and BRAH staff was compassionate and caring in the difficult time.
We brought our sweet pet fancy rat to Basin Run for euthanasia(due to old age and her quality of life declining). While many vets won't even see fancy rats the staff of Basin Run was very warm and welcoming. They treated our pet like any other pet. The staff was very considerate of our situation and were so gentle and sweet. They were wonderful.
I called on a Saturday in desperate need and was seen immediately and they treated me with respect and caring to my little bunny BooBoo who was suffering and needed help! Cannot thank them enough for being there to help us and BooBoo! Thank you 🙏
Everyone is always so kind and caring to the fur babies We lost our old TomTom yesterday. They sent us a beautiful red rose. It meant a lot.
I have never dealt with Basin Run until we decided it was time to say good bye to our furry family member. Dr. Denver, Alex and staff that I spoke to on the phone to make the arrangements were all top notch! They made such a difficult time so much easier. I would recommend them 1000x!
