We have been going to Basin Run for over 20 yrs. We had to put the last of our 4 jack Russells down last week. The staff at Basin Run are more than just a great Animal Hospital, they are FAMILY. That is how they treat not only your pets but you as well. Literally the nicest people on the earth. We’ve been going here a little over a year now. And everyone makes you feel at home. Our dogs and cats don’t mind going. Last week we put our basset hound down. And it was our first time. And they were so nice and calm with us and hazel.

Dr. Mary & her staff are some of the kindest caring people you will ever meet. I trust them wholeheartedly with the care of all my pets.
Dr. Muse and Ashley were so amazing with us as we decided to end our dog Rocky’s suffering. We were brought to an extremely comfortable private room with a couch and dog bed. We were given all the time we needed to spend with our buddy in his final moments. The staff were so empathetic and supportive it made such a hard time so special as well. Thank you for taking care of us and Rocky!
