Good burgers but better yet in the company of two of my grand boys.
I love how easy it is to customize your order with the use of a laminated menu and a sharpie. Endless delicious combinations, high quality meat and toppings. I make it a point to stop in every time I’m in town
Got go back love it lil dark but the food and service is good
Good food, poor service! Sat down took the waiter forever to come to our table and then we seldom seen him after he took our order.
Thursday 11/30, Finally get like a minute to go out, have a drink maybe do karaoke. Service and food sucked. Basement Burger Bar your chicken tender were HORRIBLE! They came out burnt and your service was even worse. Everything I ordered I had to track our server down for. The manage when we complained about the burnt tender he blew smoke up my butt with a lame explanation. The first order came out burnt and the replacement order wasn't much better :( VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED
Great food and fun options, wait staff ranges from amazing (leaving the store to purchase ice cream because they ran out and it was my daughter's birthday) to aloof and unattentive.

Been going to this place since it opened. Was spectacular for a very long time-reason to stay and eat in Farmington. Today will be the last visit. This was the 3rd time the hostess was rude. Not just unfriendly but out right rude-totally void of any sort of people skills.
