I like it there...it's friendly, food is good and the waitstaff are super. Been there many times and so have my friends.

Waited 45 minutes to be told they were not taking anymore tables dud to trivia night. It was only around 7:45 at this time, really wish they could have gave us a heads up earlier instead of just hanging out for nothing. Asked if outside seating was a possibility the hostess said she would go see if the tables were full. She came back saying they were full but when we went out the front doors they were open.

Hi Jesse My name is David the operator of BBB. I read your review and called staff right away to see why this was handled this way and they did apologize and agreed they did not handle it properly. Trivia makes things a little tough for staff planning and they totally misjudge this one. I hope we can learn from this and try and change a couple things. Since your cane out to see us and we turned you away I’d like to invite you and friend for lunch or dinner sometime. Let me know if your interested.

I can’t take it back but I do promise to set certain procedures to make sure these things won’t happen again. Again I do apologize for what occurred. Hope you can forgive us!

Awesome burgers, awesome selection, and Brown Dog ice cream next door. Can’t beat it on a Friday night! My suggestion? The Kobe burger, medium, lettuice, tomatoes, 2 types of cheese and loaded fries.
