Great service is never a sure thing at Basement Burger Bar in Farmington. Went last night(Friday) with a party of 6, which took them a awhile to greet and seat us with more than enough available tables. Got our drinks, took our order only to realize that she forgot to put in one of our orders. Took awhile for them to remake the burger which they overcooked. Waitress took it off the bill, which was understandable, but there was zero manager presence, nothing reassuring that it won't happen again, just overall shitty service. ... read more
My husband and I discovered this place just after it opened, and we're regulars now. The food is great, never disappoints. Service is great, too. A friendly place to eat.

Wow! I just had the best dining experience in a LONG time! The entire staff was very friendly upon to entrance to exit! The food was AMAZING! I had the All American burger and tots.....so good! And knowing they had Founders on tap, the beer was good too � I'd highly recommend this place and will be returning for sure! Go hang out at the bar with John �
The first few times I went the food was good. But on this particular day service was horrible. One order was burnt, the other had barely any pulled pork on the sliders, and my order was missing peppers. Not to mention it took almost an hour for our food to hit the table because they forgot to make my quesadillas. 🙄
Nothing short of mouth watering deliciousness!!! Absolutely phenomenal food in a fun way. Great service! John! You're the man! Literally gathering the whole Tribe to make a quick return. Pretty sure I had a dream about my Portobello Cap Burger.
