Great food. Unfortunately I visited the Farmington location and the server was horrible he didn't come see if we needed anything once. Burger was over cooked but was still good. I'll visit this business again but I prefer the Canton location.
I would have giving a 5 but the guy who sat us wasn't haven't a good day and was very rude and dry. John took over and he was awesome. Very apologetic about his coworkers behavior even took things off our bill. The food was great.. We sat outside which was very nice. I would return and tell my friends too.
Nicely executed build-your-own-burger restaurant. I have visited the Farmington location a few times a year for several years now. The food has always been excellent. Service has varied from good to excellent. Pricing can creep up on you with add-ons but they are clearly marked. The only negative I have encountered is with long wait times during peak hours.

This was our first time here. They wait staff was so accommodating to our large party. The food was excellent and delivered quickly. They checked on us frequently. We hope to be in the area again to try their extensive menu. The possibilities are endless! Thanks for a great dining experience.

I had heard of the Basement Burger but never seemed to make it there....until yesterday. Wow. I ordered the 6oz burger (just right for me) You fill out your order on a reusable board (of sorts). You select how you want it cooked, type of bun (even no bun, if that's what you want), your toppings, etc. My husband selected the bigger burger and what he wanted.
