Bait and switch , charging me 1000 for a room that I was in for 5minutes and I disputed the charge through my employer as I have health insurance. This was never disclosed and Bascom and Palmer as well as the university of Miami coded it as a hospital stay. I called they want yo rebate it to $595.00 which still is outrageous. I love Dr. Smitty he’s done a great retina surgery! Bascom Palmer eye Institute I do not understand how you have such smart doctors able to do such miraculous eye surgeries yet you’re not smart enough to know that masks do not keep out viruses but cause problems and are dangerous to be wearing.
I had double vision due to an accident. Had surgery with Dr. Hilda Capo; few days after my surgery I can see better. She’s very profesional and her staff’s very helpful.
Everyone is professional and kind and care about getting the issue resolved. It took 2 1/2 years to find someone who would fix my son’s cataract. Dr. Martinez is amazing!! The wait time is long but it’s well worth it!!
I visited the Miami clinic. Dr prescribed something for my blepharospasms. They couldn't even call or send it in. I called every day and only received excuses. Day 4 now.
