Went In last night. Only one good nurse there, I hope to be able to get a good commendation sent her way. The ER doc was crap. And the nurse that came in after the shift change was AWFUL. I will be making formal complaints against those two. Two stars, one for getting back decently fast, and the other star for Stephanie, the RN that treated me with the best care I've ever gotten.

My husband was at BRMH on July 2 and 3rd.Due to his back pain The first time it only took 2 hrs and 45 mins.to get service the staff were very good, ecept for a white lady at the reception.Nurses and Dr. were great.The first time the Dr. told my husband the problem was a pull a muscle, the second one told my husband was the siatic nerve.....
Lynda and Mike in the ER were awesome! They couldn't have been more polite and professional. They are a prime example of how medical staff should treat a patient.

Was there 2 1/ 2 hours never saw nurse or Dr.my blood sugar was very high from steroids shots which caused my head extreme pain.this hospital is a joke.

No one wants to be in the hospital, but when you have to be, the care that you get at Bartow Bay Care is what you want. My experience was great due to caring and helping nurses such as Barb, Hillary, and Stephanie, and all of the others, and their techs. Thank you all very much. I even liked the food :)
I went in on Friday and was released on Monday evening, had a heart Cath done, EVERYBODY was extremely wonderful, especially the Nurses and their techs...BayCare is definitely turning things around for the better in the hospital industry.. the ONLY negative comment would be their discharge hours which can be anytime...I think their should be a much earlier cutoff time, say 6-6:30 pm.

The staff and doctors are amazing. They made my overnight stay awesome and the food wasn't bad either.
