RecommendedHad the best experience as an out patient surgery patient on 12/14/18,the nurses Lisa and Morgan were caring, thoughtful and totally professional. I am not the best anesthesia candidate but they know exactly what to do and relayed that message to everyone involved in my care. Thank you ladies and Jose for making my experience so pleasant. In the ER with a neighbor. Nice people who don't introduce themselves to their patients. Xray guys who ask patients to move when they cannot to shift for a back plate but offer no help to assist. Didn't event know who was a doctor, again, NOBODY introduces themselves Have a question? Sure! Ask away! Do you speak Latin? Greek? Medical text? No? Then God luck understanding. Ask again you say? Hahahaha������... you'll get the same answer repeated. We will be calling other family members who are nurses to explain. AND hopefully ... read more

I have never been treated so badly as I was this week at Bartow Regional. I have non epileptic seizures and had been sent there by Watson clinic urgent care after having a seizure at there office . The ER doc told me I was being hysterical! And I was NOT having a seizure! Then a nurse said I was faking it and not even doing a good job ! I was then described as crazy! No human being should ever be treated with so little compassion!! I am definitely filing an official complaint!
