I think it is funny that you only see the good comments on the facebook page but when you google Bartow Regional you see the total opposite. I was sent to bartow in 2013 to have kidney stones removed and came to a week later in Icu. They had punctured my kidney and all the poison went into my system and I almost died, on top of that the majority of the nurses were rude and hateful. All I want to say is Bartow hospital is a 1k better than Lakeland
My dad received a very good service at the hospital. The doctors and the nurses were great.

My husband had surgery this morning, so my review is based on how I saw them treating him, and keeping me in the loop as to what was going on. The team in the pre- and post-op area is great - they work very well together, everything went well and like clockwork! I love that the person accompanying the patient can stay in that same pre-op room, while the surgery is going on. So much easier! I took my son Angel about 6pm we finally got out a few minutes before 10pm too long it was a busy evening I assume the triage nurses were great and registration...even the male nurse try to make my son smile while putting Iv on since he was anxy

Horrible my daughter had a broken nose and head trauma from a softball injury and it was a hour and a half before they gave her any pain medication. I will never go back there unless it's an absolute have too.

Spent 5 hours waiting for my wife to have surgery. Nurses couldn't answer any questions. Simply unprofessional and incompetent. Go somewhere else.
