Yesterday at the winter event, my family and i had to leave early due to being told that the character line for The Frozen was closed. I got in line while my husband was getting our daughter out of the snow pit. All this time one of your employees was standing there watching me, but waited until my daughter got in the line with me that it was closed! I have been a Bartow Ford customer from when they were downtown in the old location. I have always been pleased with them and the way they treat you, like a friend. My salesman John Nakashige has always been honest and up front in every detail and just recently he and the staff helped my son get financed for a 2014 F150 when he didn't have perfect credit. I absolutely LOVE Bartow Ford. I purchased my Mustang from them and have taken it there for all my service needs.
