They are fully invested in the interest of the insurance companies, they forget the consumer is the reason that they are in business! Pander to large corporations, lose individual sales. I will never do business with them in any way.

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. They sold me my certified pre-owned ford focus in 2012 and have serviced it ever since. I have had to had work done there before, it has fallen under warranty and they provided me a beautiful loaner while the work was done. Everyone is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is a good one. The work is done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Bartow ford as a dealership and as a place to have your car serviced in general.
Poor service no one came out to help us!!! They were riding on golf carts past us and didn't ask if we needed help!!!
Shout out to Bartow Ford and Melissa!! Straight up and honest. No need to haggle with prices because this company is fair with the first price quote. Melissa is great! She will find all of the rebates that you qualify for and apply them before you even have to ask about rebates. I buy many ford trucks and this is the only place I will go from now on. No pressure and they truly seem to care for their customers. Everyone is kind and a pleasure to work with. Thank you also to Stacy and Diana!!
