My experienced at Bartow Ford are always good. My only complaint is, I made an appointment for 730 for an oil change, a recall and for them to look at a tire sensor... 3 hrs later I was still there. You would think when you make an appointment you get a little special attention than those you just walk in....

I got my first new car at Barstow Ford in 2010 my husband got a 2015 in 2015 I gave my car to my son and I got my fatherinlaws 2007 he passed away in Jan.of 2015 on May 29,2015 my son and grandson were killed by a drunk driver in April 2016 my daughter and I we were going north and a car was going south they came across and hit us in the drivers door.
