Went in for an oil change. In and out in 45 minutes. Was helped by Jake in Quick lane. Good service.
The best sales team and sales manager in town. CJ and his team has always taken care of us. I would recommend Bartow Ford to anybody.

I buy at least two trucks per year. Bartow Ford has never had the best price. I gave them a chance many times. I'm ok with that. They should just not advertise that they have the lowest price.

I had an appointment today to drop my f150 off because of a small leak, even received a reminder call the day before and to confirm the appointment and when I arrived at the service department I was informed that they couldn't get to my truck for a week. The service advisor was very apologetic but I switched from Lakeland Ford because of things like this. .we rescheduled and hopefully I won't drive that far again and waste a trip.
Everyone made sure we had been helped! JR Mendoza and David Giles went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle I LOVE!! Highly recommend this dealership!!!
