Very enjoyable experience. Today my husband and I bought our 2nd vehicle from Bartow Ford, and Highly Recommend buying your next vehicle from them as well. I can not speak highly enough of the integrity and moral fiber of Benny Jr (CEO), Chris Stricker (our salesmen) and Dean Nelson who did our financing. We will NEVER shop at bartow ford for the simple fact that they will not leave us alone! We submitted one inquiry and now we receive phone calls daily after we have said we are not looking right now, and even sent an email telling them to leave us alone! I could only imagine how they would be if we were actually looking.

I arrived today for a 1:00 appointment for service only to be told it was a 3 hour wait. No phone call to ask me if this was something that would work in my schedule and no apology. I am very disappointed,
