Fantastic service experience at Bartow Ford. Driving thru town to catch a cruise out of Miami and our truck had a major oil leak. Service manager had us drive to the Quick Lane. Matt and Mike took care of us right away- replaced the faulty oil pan drain plug and we were good to go in about an hour. Restored our faith in car dealership service departments. Thank you for the 5 star service!!
This Ford is Excellent! I'll drive by other dealerships to go to Bartow Ford. The staff is always kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I wouldn't have anyone else work on my Mustang! ☆☆☆☆☆
John P did everything he could to get me in the vehicle that I wanted! He worked for 3 days to get it done and today 12/3/19 I got to drive off the lot in a 2018! They made everything about what I wanted
