They have the worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. We messed up and bought a service plan that included oil change and maintenance. We always wait at least an hour and a half for an oil change and they do the bare minimal on maintenance covered in the package. We asked to have the brakes checked and changed. They changed the rears but not the front. When she went back for the next oil change they say they front is metal to metal. Had my car towed in yesterday morning to have the starter replaced because it went out on me 2 weeks ago. They had it in the shop about an hour after they received it from the tow company and done by the end of the day. Thanks again Bartow Ford for fixing my car and having it done by end of day. Will not go anywhere else
Really disappointed in Bartow Ford the clutch in my transmission went out and had been less than a year since it had been replaced and told me it wasn’t covered under warranty plus they told me last week that it was a module that was causing the transmission to shudder and it didn’t fix it now they want two thousand dollars to fix it this is like the 6th time I’ve had to take it there for the transmission shuttering
My husband was involved in a accident and insurance suggested we take the vehicle to Bartow Ford. They walked us though what would happened, and they kept us informed along the way!! Thank you for fixing our vehicle and great customer service skills.
