they are polite ----informant by calling and keeping you up to date on what is going on with your vehicle. It gives you peace of mind. The loaner car was a big help since my husband had so many doctors appointment that week. THEY treat you special, like you are family. THEY explained the problem. They are always there for us. Never make us feel like they are too busy to help. We would recommend Bartow Ford to any one who wants the job done right. We give them a 10 plus.
Family Auto in Lake Wales, Fl are a bunch of crooks. I bought a Car for cash on May 3rd and have never received a title or a plate. I am 67 years old and they took All the money I had. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! I have tried to contact them numerous times And they don’t respond. Now I’ll have to go through the legal system for get what I paid for. Melissa Jones answered questions online for me, then transitioned seamlessly into helping in person when we made the drive from Apollo Beach. She was personable and easy to relate to, and wanted us to have the best experience. Very responsive after the sale as well. It was nice to have another woman as a rep to take the time to show me how to use the bells and whistles
