Headed back to Michigan and stopped in to Bartow Ford Quick Lane to have my front brakes “metallic noise” checked out. I was meet at 0700 by Stephanie, with a very upbeat and genuine “Good Morning “. She was very pleasant and welcoming. After checking in, I grabbed a breakfast sandwich and a hot coffee. In less that an hour Stephanie tracked me down and let me know my front left backing plate needed to be replaced. Handed me my keys and sent me off to enjoy the day.
