Bartow Ford is simply the best when it comes to service! I brought my Coyote 5.0l V8 to them when I was having engine troubles at 77k miles, and since I had my maintenance done there since new they had a new engine installed for me within a few days time! THANKS AGAIN BARTOW FORD!
Yesterday we bought a Ford Edge SEL and could not be happier with the overall experience. Everyone was so friendly at the dealership but have to give a special mention to Marty Wilson. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car for our needs and he made the whole experience fun and effortless on our part. Since Bartow Ford has relentlessly harassed me to write a review here goes. To be fair I MAY have a bias that an engine should last more than 77,00 miles. Secondly, I expected with a full warranty covered to 100,000 miles an engine failure would be quickly rectified; but perhaps I misunderstood the terms trust, integrity, and honesty. Brought my truck to Bartow Ford for a service in December. The "Check Coolant Additive" light was on. When I arrived they 'offered' to just reset the light and send me on my way. Knowing that acidic coolant can cause major problems in the vehicle I asked them to complete the test (but was already concerned that they would simply offer to simply reset the light).
