My husband & I have been patients of Dr. Caldwell's for well over 30 years. He and his staff are always so professional, yet very friendly, warm and personable. We are from the generation that grew up with some not-so-pleasant dental experiences, so we both truly appreciate the kindness, gentleness and superb quality of care that Dr. Caldwell and his staff have always provided over the years. I highly recommend them. (And I have!)
I love Dr. Reuter and Mary the Dental Hygienist. It's relaxing to come to have my teeth cleaned, like a spa treatment, only for the teeth!
Excellent dental care as well as exceptional interpersonal skills are always displayed. I actually enjoy my dental visits!! My satisfaction of this practice is evidenced by the referral of my mother and neice!!
The staff was great and Larissa and Staci made me feel very comfortable. I would give 5 stars, but my only problem was regarding my insurance and payment. I was given an estimate on what my insurance would cover, and a payment plan, but when I went to pay I was charged the full amount of my estimated portion, not half like I wanted, and I am still unaware if I was overcharged because I don't know what my insurance paid.
I enjoy the encouraging music played during my visit.

Mary was very pleasant during the cleaning of my teeth and talking with me about possible crowns and bridge. This led to my being able to get the process started within a week. Dr. Caldwell was reassuring about the procedure.
I always have a good experience at my appointments.
