Just from observation, the office appeared to be a "Well Oiled Machine", but the stellar customer customer service put the icing on the cake. You can always appreciate care, concern and attention to detail when you're having healthcare needs addressed. My first appoimtment was an emergency extraction, and they still got me "In and Out". I didn't feel like a stranger either...
Thought they were great. Everyone communicated perfectly what each step was.
